Resident Case Manager at Gospel Village

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Compassion-Driven Role
Reports to: Director of Wellness and Residential Programs

About the Role

The Resident Case Manager provides direct support to those living at Gospel Village. From helping a resident obtain a birth certificate, to sitting with someone during a crisis, to navigating access to healthcare, this role requires adaptability, empathy, and daily presence. You'll work closely with residents, staff, volunteers, and partner agencies to help individuals build stability, set personal goals, and thrive in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Support & Case Management

  • Provide individualized case management to residents with compassion and professionalism

  • Assist with scheduling, benefits applications, healthcare coordination, and transportation

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation using Mission Tracker and other systems

  • Help new residents transition in smoothly—explaining rules, routines, and expectations

Community Presence

  • Cultivate trusting relationships through consistency and care

  • Support peaceful conflict resolution and a culture of accountability and grace

  • Partner with residents to identify next steps in their healing and growth journey

Operations & Outreach

  • Coordinate with service providers and local agencies to connect residents with needed support

  • Monitor maintenance needs, program compliance, and grant-related outcomes

  • Help screen new applicants and assist with data reporting as needed

  • Participate in staff meetings, team discussions, and ongoing training opportunitiesWho We’re Looking For
