Resident Case Manager

The Resident Case Manager plays a vital role in fostering a Christ-centered, safe, and supportive environment for residents of Gospel Village.

This position is responsible for ensuring seamless case management, program operations, property oversight, and healthcare navigation. The Case Manager works closely with the Director of Wellness and Residential Programs to develop community relationships, empower residents, and support them in reaching their full potential.

This role requires adaptability, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to assist residents with diverse needs. By promoting a high-quality, structured, and communal living experience, the Resident Case Manager helps residents build relationships, maintain stability, and work toward self-sufficiency.
